Bobby Smith has stolen from many people. He is a professional thief who preys on the sympathy of others with lies and will use you for as much as you're willing to give. Bobby has lied in the past about the following:
Lies about having cancer, he DOES NOT and NEVER HAS had any cancer
Lied about taking cancer medication and treatments
Lied about having children
Lied about his family immediate family
Lied to get a worker's compensation claim
Lied about being homeless
Lied about being impersonated
Created online fundraisers to steal money from others to treat his "cancer"
He has done each one of these so that people will feel sorry for him and give him money or gifts so that he can feed a drug addiction. After he has gotten as much as you are willing to give, you are cast aside, he becomes a threatening and nasty person, eventually leading to him not contacting you as he moves on to a new victim. Bobby will always find a way to be the victim in his twisted web of lies.
Bobby's favorite excuses as to why he is always the victim are:
Someone has stolen his identity
Someone is actively trying to steal his identity
Someone has impersonated him, you never spoke with the real Bobby
You will never hear about Bobby being anything but a victim that YOU are the only one who can help
Bobby has probably told you the following lies:
He is a rockstar
He is in a band
He is related to a record label
He is rich
He gets royalties
He knows a celebrity
He has cancer (Leukemia)
His current roommate/girlfriend/friend has kicked him out/disowned him because he has cancer
He has no one, ALL his family is absent from his life (but never for the same reason to different people)
He is down on his luck and needs some help, money or gifts
One of Bobby's favorite methods to meet women is online dating sites. If you have met him through an online dating site, you are his current victim. He has done this multiple times.
Again, this is not an attack on Bobby, this is a way for you to hear about his past, think critically about his actions, and to put a stop to him using you before it's too late. If none of this has happened to you and you know Bobby, you are still a potential victim. You are not obligated to help him with anything. Do not be used by him.
